Mark Graham has been an accredited specialist in family law since the inception of the specialist accreditation scheme by the Law Society of NSW in 1994.

For the last 35 years, we have practiced exclusively in family law/ defacto relationship cases.

We provide finely tuned advice in relation to issues such as business valuations in the context of contested proceedings and superannuation divisions in financial proceedings.

This involves us working closely with accountants, financial planners and tax advisors.

In relation to parenting issues, we have been involved in cases both acting on behalf of parents, grandparents and as an independent childrens lawyer appointed by the court.

We regularly draft property settlements, parenting orders and child support agreements.

​

We are frequently retained to advise in relation to the potential range of outcomes in financial disputes arising out of marriages and defacto relationships.
